The Problem

We love what we do, and we'd love to create a business on our terms that supports the life we have - but we don't want to be 'all about the money'.

No one really lifts the hood and explains how to price, so we make a best guess and see what happens.


But the problem is we have a lot of thinking about money - we may think others won't pay - maybe we wouldn't pay that level - we worry what others think - it may stress us just thinking about it!

The Solution

This lack of knowing how to price and all the thinking that we have impacts the level that we charge so we often we charge too little.


This means we don't create the income we need to create a sustainable business - we lose confidence, feel stressed and we struggle as we can't make our business work.


What is needed is a two pronged approach and where the practical meets the psychological!


We need to know the fundamentals of pricing so that we take out the guesswork. Really understand how we can come to a rational and confident understanding of pricing - so that we can own it!


We also need to clear our own mind of our negative money stories. To see them, understand them so they do not disrupt our pricing process,



Why Listen to me?

I'm Andrea Morrison and I'm a Transformational Business Coach who specialises in the psychology of women. For the past 9 years I have helped hundreds of women just like you create flourishing businesses on their terms.


But, I used to hate anything to do with money, mainly because when I burnt out following my career as a Barrister, money was a huge issue for us.

So I had the full package, tracking my numbers, looking at my accounts, would literally bring me out in a stress rash. When I started my business, I didn't think anyone would pay the levels I needed to charge (or should charge), pricing felt like a dark art, I never knew if I'd got it right or not so I either reduced my prices or when I had a conversation with a client I would become so uncomfortable, I'd stumble over my words, apologise and often reduce my fee! Money was so stressful to me and my whole mindset was one of lack.


So you could say I've been there and got the t-shirt. But I was introduced to a straightforward psychological understanding which literally transformed how I see money.


This enabled me to see my pricing clearly, be confident in my pricing, have easy and confident conversations around money, put my business on a clear financial footing and feel more abundant than I have ever felt!
