This is a hands-on partnership. We start with a 1 hour call to map your goals, challenges and context. From there, I design a custom path that includes:

1 hr sessions, twice a month

Structured feedback on leadership approach and team direction
Tools, scripts, and frameworks for conflict, influence, and decision-making
Portfolio and interview support (if needed)
Weekly async check-ins
Insights and tools tailored to scaling teams, managing managers & leaders and communicating with executives

Focused Session

I offer single sessions focused on:

Getting your portfolio in shape
Preparing for a design or leadership interview
Preparing for VP/Director-level interviews
Untangling a tricky team, organisation set up or stakeholder conversations
Practicing salary and promotion negotiations
Getting feedback on your resume, case study or roadmap
Resetting priorities and saying no with business rationale
