6 Week Strong
6 Week Strong is a striped back strength training programme designed to add kilos on the big three lifts - the squat, the bench press and the deadlift. With 3 sessions a week split into a main lift session, and assistance lift session and an accessory lift sessions, this programme is designed to be easily compatible with lifestyle commitments whilst still delivering impressive results. The programme uses frequency of exposure with progressive intensificiation to drive results. Exercises selection is limited to those yielding great transfer to the main lifts with volumes at minimal effective dose to maximise strength development. This programme is the perfect place to start if you are new to or returning to max strength training. Likewise this programme will also suit more advanced lifters that are looking to get onto a more frequency driven, volume reduced programme that requires only 3 days a week lifting.
