As parents, sometimes it's difficult to understand depression in our children--or how to help. I know, I've been there, not even realizing how badly my son was struggling! This guide will give you some helpful ways to discuss this sensitive topic with your teens and beyond.

Written from the point of view of a parent, but also a teacher who's been trained in several different ways of confronting students, this guide will provide you some steps to try. I'm not a counselor, so there's no guarantee that this will work with your child, but it's worth trying.
