LAND & HOME Coaching

Establish your roots and create your legacy.

LAND & HOME ENGAGEMENT

Private, one-on-one guidance on how to best identify and title raw or agricultural land while being actionable about creating indepence as self-reliance from the start.

The specifications, materials, and building systems recommended in this course are not off-the-shelf solutions. They are the result of years of proving all known methods and materials, refined through direct application — and exclusive to this consulting experience.

The Land & HOME engagement covers everything in the LAND program, while going much deeper to build-in energy efficiency, back-up redundencies, privacy, security and tailor a direction that leads to fulfilling your dream getaway.

Knowledge = Confidence

One-on-one methods and negotiation techniques have consistently produced purchase price reductions or overall land budget savings of $50,000 to $75,000 per engagement.

The $10,000 fee pays for itself several times over before the transaction closes. What you are paying for is the ability to see what a listing does not show — and to negotiate from that knowledge.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

Is it possible to get a discount for additional coaching time?

Yes! The Consulting Retainer Agreement provides further clarity on how you may access additional coaching time or sessions.

Is my spouse/partner included in the coaching?

Yes, but there are limits. To take the best advantage of our coaching program I have found that all intial orientation and the first 2 hours of interaction is usually all both members need to be involved in. After that, one person takes the lead. It doesn't mean the other person must not be present, but my program is focused on a one-on-one interaction. We can always break-up sessions and schedule over a 30 day period to allow the typical questions or concerns to be addressed.
