You’ve got so many ideas on how to improve your life, but once it’s finally the time to get off the sofa, you find yourself stalling. Maybe one more episode. Maybe after your mysterious knee pain has stopped. Maybe you’ll just go to bed earlier and wake up at 5 AM and finally do it, and then you sleep past your alarm. (No judgement, I’m not a member of the 5 AM club either.)

(Seriously, why AREN’T they teaching that in school?? I almost failed home economics because I couldn’t peel a potato properly, imagine how much more useful it would have been to learn self-motivation and time management.)
