"Suddenly, the brush exploded with frantic motion and deep animal grunts. A large black bear came crashing out of nowhere, stopping close to Jonus and the cub. Jonus could feel the hot, wet breath on his face. Its large front paws bounced up and down, head swinging to and fro, making a deep huffing sound. Her dark obsidian eyes focused on the man and cub."
