The Dysfunctional Lifters Handbook

Been doing bro split for about 2 years and recently noticed I reached plateau right away I knew it was because of my training plan due to every muscle not getting enough stimulation. Right away within three weeks of working with the ppl split I noticed more stimulation allowing me to easily perform progressive overload. Amazing book with amazing workout plan.

Changed my way of training

The hand book has opened up new doors for my training helping me focus on eating better and lifting with better form. The progress I have made in small amount of time is really good and it has allowed me to be in routine

Very good guidance for an inexperienced lifter

Could you post on your ig a video of you deadlifting (for form) if you do them, and if not don’t worry.
