Yarn Substitution Notes:This pattern was written with a mohair laceweight yarn as CC. If you have a mohair sensitivity you can use a wool laceweight yarn, this will give you a similar lightweight drape to the sample shawl shown. You could also knit it using 2 regular fingering weight yarns. Keep in mind this will produce a shawl that is still beautiful but less lightweight and flowy than the shawl shown in the photos.
