5 days of training a week
Jog for at least 5 mins without stopping
Conduct 15 pushups in 2 mins (with breaks)
Walk for 3km with 10kg back pack
Must have sound knowledge in most movements/exercises conducted in a gym environment
Access to a Gym or weight lifting equipment preferred but not required (For Kapooka program)
Access to gym equipment
Military style pack or hiking pack
Cargo pants (cams)
Military or hiking boots
What’s in it
This bundle contains the programs from the muscle mass gainer program and the Kapooka program, aimed to prepare you for the Army in general. All these programs are designed so that they can be followed one after the other in a chronological fashion.
