User Obligations

• Provide accurate checkout information to validate your license.
• When gifting a product from Pixel Haven’s store, ensure that both the gifter and recipient are noted on the receipt.
• All Pixel Haven products are rated AO (Adult Only) and are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Sharing avatar files or license keys is strictly prohibited.
• Leaking, ripping, or unauthorized distribution of content will result in blacklisting and banning.
• You may not make this avatar package public or clonable. Violations will be reported to the VRChat DMCA team, and your account will be blacklisted and banned.
• Credit must be given when showcasing or using the avatar on social media.
• Users who are blacklisted or banned from Pixel Haven’s server or shop are prohibited from purchasing any products.
• Any attempt to evade a blacklist or ban will result in immediate revocation of license and file access.
• Asset mining (extracting assets from the avatar for personal or commercial use) is strictly prohibited. Assets must be purchased from their original creators as listed in the credits.
• Avatar file packages must be uploaded by the purchaser. Third-party uploads are not permitted. If assistance is needed, contact Pixel Haven via Discord support tickets. Unauthorized sharing of packages for third-party uploads constitutes file leaking and is subject to blacklisting and banning and immediate revocation of license and file access.
• Upload assistance is available for $5 within 24 hours of upload tip jar purchase. If assistance is not provided within this timeframe, the upload service will be free of charge and refunded. You MUST make a ticket before you purchase an upload in the DISCORD SERVER with the receipt placed in the ticket. Failure to do so will not grant a refund if the 24 hour time limit exceeds.

Additional Terms

• No refunds are available, as all purchases are for digital, downloadable products.
• Pixel Haven is not responsible for fixing avatars that may break due to VRChat updates. Fixes will be made at the sole discretion of Pixel Haven.
• Personal edits are permitted but must maintain the original model’s appearance. Face swaps and body swaps are strictly prohibited; only material changes (texture edits) and physbone edits are allowed.

Gonso System Protection

• This avatar is protected by the Gonso System.
• If you are blacklisted or banned from the Gonso System and purchase this avatar, you will not receive a refund or upload assistance.
• You are prohibited from importing this avatar’s FBX file into Blender.
• Unauthorized sharing of this avatar file or license key will result in blacklisting and banning. Additionally, file access and the license key will be revoked and permanently disabled.

Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

• Republish content from https://payhip.com/pixelhavenvrc on other websites or social media platforms.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Pixel Haven.
• Redistribute content from Pixel Haven in any form.
• Claim ownership of content from Pixel Haven.
• Engage in price splitting or license sharing of Pixel Haven’s content.

By purchasing and using products from Pixel Haven, you agree to comply with these terms. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in legal action, blacklisting, and loss of access to purchased products.

• Make a NEW unity 2022 project and make sure its an avatar project. NOT WORLD.
• Add SPS and VRCFURY to the project
• Import Poi Shader
• Import Avatar Package
• Get your license key from the receipt of this avatar's purchase. (Check your email/spam)
• Add license key to the Gonso licenser
• upload ! Now you're done ♡

If asked to "fix write defaults on/off" select auto fix so it is turned on !
