Reload is a 10 week detailed training program to launch you into the strongest, fastest, and most powerful version of yourself.


We will be targeting energy systems periodically to return physiological adaptations over a 10 week timeframe. While the overall trend is to progressively overload, we will undulate weekly between those energy systems in a vertically integrative approach. Volume begins high, but intensity, power, and strength are introduced earlier than typical periodization.


The first two weeks are acclimation periods before testing in week 3: 40, 5-10-5, Broad Jump. The following weeks introduce power, velocity, French Contrast, and other styles of training. We will test again in week 10 to see how we have improved.


This program is designed to get you faster, stronger, and more explosive, follow it as closely as possible for the best results!

STAY SAFE: use your best judgement with the weights. When in doubt start lighter and work your way up. Consult a healthcare professional before any new exercise programs especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

Use your max/estimated max to calculate the weight based off the percentage given.

Make modifications based off ability and availability of equipment.
