You will send this letter after you have send letter number#1 and the Credit Bureaus send you your results and accounts came back verified, then you should've sent letter #2, once again they sent you back results or saying verified, but not sending you proof (contract that you sign with the original creditor) you will send this letter, Also you will file a complaint with the CFPB and add the complaint number to this letter
