• For what ever reason you are not allowed to resell, distribute, or claim the avatar that was made for you as it takes me a lot of time and effort to have it personalized to your taste and desired look.

• You are not allowed to take any part of the assets made from your model unless you have legal rights and own it

• The price may change depending on how long it takes + how complex the avatar may be to me.

• I have ALL RIGHTS to decline a commission if it's out of my comfort zone or if it's beyond my capability. Don't get upset about it, please.

• (This is only Depends on how long it takes, and how complex the avatar is) 

Additional toggles will be $2 each

• (EX: optional Props; poles, fans, cups, phone, weapons, etc)

Commissions are First Come First Serve

• (keep in mind some models might take a long time..don't ever think they aren't going to be worked on. If you feel like it is taking to long, feel free to take back your spot in the queue)

ASSETS I DON'T OWN WILL HAVE TO BE PURCHASED BY YOU

• (If there is something you want on the avatar I make for you that I **DO NOT OWN**, you will have to be the one to buy it for me to put on your avatar. make sure you buy the **commercial license** If you buy an asset using the personal license **I will not use it.**)

Please have some sort of ref for me to go off of as I wouldn't want to make your model blind and waste either of yours and her time. If you can, sketch it out, write a description or if need be send reference photos.

          (Pintrest photos, self-drawings, a ref Callouge, etc)
