There are many items that require specific attention like ladder training and streamline operational steps in KEC. This course introduces the new Technician to the basic components and items found on the job to help "paint a picture" of what is being done and it's importance. Aligned with the NFPA 96 and ANSI/IKECA C-10 standards.

This training prepares you for the 3 requirements listed in NFPA 96 and by most AHJs. This specific course would be the 'Train' portion.
Entering the KEC Field is Easy but...
You need to know the ins and outs of the Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning (KEC) field before you go out and buy a pressure washer. Although KEC has the word CLEANING in it, this field is more fire prevention than cleaning. That's why training is important.
