The Book of Dyads explains how to do the Relating Dyad Practice. It also lists over 100 self reflective dyads that are grouped into several self improvement dyad programs. 


It includes a free down-loadable Audio Program (see Appendix 4).  The Audio Program has two tracks. Track 1 is an audio teaching on how to do the Relating Dyad Practice. Track 2 is a 40 minute Gong Timer that sounds a bell every five minutes. The Gong Timer is used when dong the Relating Dyad Practice.


The dyad technique that I teach was developed by Charles and Ava Berner. It was Ava Berner, who originally came up with the idea of using the dyad process in a group setting so that one person could facilitate many people who are engaged in self inspection and communication. The dyad self reflective exercises in this book were created at the Institute of Ability in the 1960's and early 1970's and by many other individuals over the last 40 plus years. After learning the principles of the Relating Dyad Process you can create any self reflective dyad exercise on any topic or issue for your self improvement needs.


This is a revised and renamed book originally titled, Knowing Your Self.
