“Where do you get your protein as a vegan?”
-is something I would have asked myself too before I went vegan. A well-balanced, high-protein diet is the key to any fitness transformation - but it was something I struggled with initially after going vegan. This, along with my passion for cooking and fitness, led me to create this cookbook featuring all my favourite recipes and foods I eat on a daily basis.
I wrote this cookbook as I was going through my own fat-loss transformation, and have included practically all the food I ate to lose fat and build muscle simultaneously as a vegan.

The goal for me was to make it as easy as possible for people to go vegan without having to worry about protein. The biggest pain point with my clients was struggling to get in protein through a vegan/vegetarian diet, and I wanted to fix this once and for all. I can promise you that you will never have to worry about where to get your protein from. I have continued to build muscle and lose fat by eating the same foods that are in this cookbook. I have 40 high-protein vegan recipes which includes the macros and protein each meal has.
