Palm Angel

1. Lease of Beat: 

Seller grants to buyer a non-exclusive license to use the beat , for the purpose of creating and distributing one commercial recording (the "Recording"). The Buyer acknowledges that the ownership of the Beat and all rights associated with it, including but not limited to copyrights, remain the sole property of the seller.

2. Payment: In exchange for the license, buyer agrees to pay the seller the total sum of $49.99(the "License Fee") for use of the Beat.

3. Use of Recording: 

The buyer may use the Recording on streaming services such as SoundCloud, YouTube, and Spotify for non-commercial use. The Buyer shall not register their song to any Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) such as ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC. The Buyer shall not monetize their song with content ID.

4. Credit:The buyer agrees to credit the seller wherever the Recording is used in the form of "(Beat Name) Produced by (MeloDroppin30)" in writing during the introduction of the Recording.
