Voice tonality is a very crucial element of verbal communication but is often overlooked thinking that it's just a tiny detail and missing it won't cause any problems but the truth is that missing it creates a lot of complications which could have been avoided if you were good at it.

Voice tonality is the key to understand what a person is actually meaning to say, the intention behind their words and also their legitimacy.

A person good voice tonality recognition could easily tell when a person is feeling ok saying it, when they are sad saying it and when they don't mean to say it, they are just being made to say it.

Yes all that from just voice tonality.

Why? Because we evolved this way, far before there was a very proper language we used to know what others meant by just the voice tonality, thus even today we have that skill in ourselves.
