This program is not your average stretch and mobility program. It includes 12 weeks of programming that are specific to improving your squat position. The different techniques included in this program are: passive and dynamic stretches, active mobility drills, end range strengthening, corrective exercises, and functional movements. This variety of techniques will not only give you the optimal mobility for a full depth squat, but you will also notice an increase in strength and control throughout your squat. Although this program is not specifically meant to rehab an injury; you may find that your hips, knees, ankles, and low back also start to feel better in your normal day to day life.
