What is your refund and cancellation policy?

If after our first two sessions you feel we aren’t a perfect fit, I offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused sessions. After the third session, the retainer is non-refundable.
I understand that chronic health needs are unpredictable. You may reschedule any session with 24 hours' notice. If an emergency or flare-up occurs last minute, we will do our best to find a makeup slot within the month, though sessions not used within the 3-month term do not carry over unless otherwise agreed upon.
