With this workout, you’ll do just that! Bodyweight Buff, is a complete workout that targets every muscle group, without the need of heavy steel plates, only a pull-up bar. Your body is the steel plate.

This workout is compiled of a pyramid of reps, starting with easier exercises the reps are numerous, but reduce towards the halfway point for the more difficult workouts. Then, on the descent, the reps begin to increase again. Make sure to hit every single rep for every single exercise; even if it means resting longer than usual. Hit those reps!

You’ll find a warm-up and cool-down attached to the workout. Take your time working through them. Nobody wants an injury and everybody wants to recover faster. Trust us, they’re worth the additional 5 – 10 minutes.
