Didn’t quite know what to expect but was intrigued by it, and I was blown away to get so many pages of hints, tips and ideas for the price!
It doesn’t focus too much on detailed medical stuff and instead gives real life things to experiment with on lots of different themes. I’ve already been trying some out and am seeing improvements in my energy and sleep!
