The customer arrives and Suzy shows him the apartment, she crutch hops all the time with one crutch and her white socked foot always in the air. TUrns out that the customer is very intestested in her sprained foot :-) After the tour through the apartment he takes Suzy's white sock off and checks her nylon foot. 

The custoemr says he will buy the apartment and Suzy proposes to prepare the contract and to meet again in the afternoon to sign the contract and the customer agrees. THen Suzy leaves the apartment on crutches and her nylon foot held in the air.
