Marta, a young girl who had gone out to gather firewood, ventured too far into the forest on a full moon night. As she walked, she began to hear whispers and eerie laughter that made her run, getting even more lost in the darkness. Eventually, she fell into a clearing and found herself surrounded by witches with glowing eyes and cadaverous hands. The leader of the witches told her they had been expecting her and, as they chanted a spell, Marta felt her body disintegrate, absorbed by the forest. From then on, the forest gained a new shadow that haunted full moon nights.
