Client and Doula Agreement
Please take time to review the following information before agreeing to any DouLady Virtual Doula Services:
- Doulas are not medical providers and do not provide medical advice. If you have a health concern, see your healthcare provider. We can not dispense any medications or diagnose any medical conditions for any member of the family.
- As your doula, I am there to provide only informational and emotional support. A doula will not make decisions for you but will help you get the information necessary to make an informed decision that you feel is best for you.
- Like the clients we serve, doulas have the right to personal safety anywhere we provide services. This means spaces free from potential harm and free from racial, gender, religious, and any other form of discrimination or misconduct. If there is discrimination or any threat to physical or mental safety, it is considered a violation of this contract and services will be terminated immediately without refund and will be reported.
