Processing time for custom orders is approximately 5–14 business days after design details are submitted and approved.

Custom orders include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or major design changes may require an additional fee.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, logos, colors, dates, and submitted information carefully before final approval.
