Here’s what you will be required to do in this challenge:
• Follow a Daily Gut-Healthy Meal Plan (100% provided)
• Stay hydrated! Drink at least ½ gallon of water every day
• Limit drinking alcohol for social occasions
• Complete daily workouts that will be provided by me
• Complete an additional 15+ minutes of extra activity each day
• Prioritize sleep every night by shooting for 6+ hours
• Read 5 pages of any book that inspires you
• Practice gratitude daily by writing down 3 things you’re thankful for
• Track your daily progress and completion of the days activities
