This is a collection of poetry/prose (mostly prose, lol) that I’ve written from the heart. I hope that you enjoy reading about some of my soul truths.

As a Black woman myself, my work will always be catered to other Black women worldwide. Black women from all cultures remain at the forefront of my mind when I create. I pray that Black women who read my poetry/prose find comfort and solace in reading my work. I hope my creativity and transparency give you the escapism and comfortability you deserve in this complicated yet incredible world.

Wow

My first poetry book of hers and Miss Jenesequa does not disappoint! Her pen game is everything! I was moved and inspired because I can definitely relate to it as a black woman. I look forward to more projects of hers!

Jen's pen is INCREDIBLE!

This collection of poetry expresses so many sentiments in the hearts of Black women. I that it goes through the major reoccurring themes in many of our lives, from finding love and losing it to battling voids left by our parents. What makes this one different though is it ends with a hug. With reassurance that no matter where you are, no matter who you are, you are loved. This is a collection you'll want to revisit often!
