• Be the sole owner of this 1/1 design
• Use the avatar for content creation (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
• Edit or customize the texture for personal use
• Use it in commissioned avatar setups (commissioner must own the texture)
• Monetize content featuring the avatar
• Transfer ownership once if selling the full avatar (no duplicates retained)

❌ YOU MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the texture files in any form
• Claim the design as your own work
• Turn this into a resellable asset, base, or texture pack
• Upload files to any database, Discord, or cloud storage
• Use in NFTs, AI training datasets, or scraping systems
• Recreate or produce near-identical versions for resale
• Extract elements for use in other commercial assets
