Use this poster with cards as a visual aid to build what the day will look like. Knowing what to expect can relieve anxiety & uncertainty. Additionally, the weather prompts can be utilised to teach how to consider the weather to select appropriate clothing or remembering to bring an umbrella, for example.

An example of how this resource can be utilised is laminating and cutting out the cards, adding Blu-Tack or Velcro dots, and sticking them to the poster each day.
