Your health is worth it your body will thank you

I have use several recipes in the Eat your food as medicine book by Trina. I love all the recipes my thyroid, reflux, asthma, and Detox. Love the seamoss with elderberry and blueberry. Eating for heath is the best thing you can do for yourself. Especially cancer I know from experience.
