Tim Strutz is a paint artist, expressionist fiction writer and senior citizen living in Harrison Twp., Michigan in the heart of the magnificent Rust Belt. Strutz retired from a law enforcement career after over three decades fighting the evils inherent in modern life, and he carries both the emotions of angst and wonderment as he philosophically ponders the question of meaning of life.
