The IADS Global Department Store Monitor, launched in May 2021, observes and tracks changes in the department store retail format and how players in various markets adapt to challenges. Based on data and results captured from a selection of global department store companies, the IADS Global Department Store Monitor aims to step away from the immediate and constant stream of news to analyse the situation based on actual and reliable numbers.

The download provides all figures from FY 2024 and FY 2025 department store data that were collected as an update to last year's 2023 FY data.
