• This product will not be used outside of roblox flights, ie. You may not use this product for Flight Simulators, backgrounds for other games etc.

• You may not resell or leak this product without our permission. If caught in doing so all your products will be revoked and you will be blacklisted and banned from our server as well as blacklisted from all partnered servers.

• When transferring products please open please open a ticket in our discord server. Once your product is transferred that transfer is final and you will not get it back via transfer. You may buy license for it again. (Use the parcel gifting feature.)

• All purchases made in Infinity. are final. Refunds are not allowed. If you chargeback your purchase all your products will be revoked and you will be blacklisted and banned from our server as well as blacklisted from all partnered servers.

• By purchasing any product, you agree that you have basic roblox studio knowledge.

• You agree that after purchasing this product you may not use any of the textures, meshs, custom models etc for your own use/ modify them.

• We have the right to remove/ revoke your products for any valid reason.

• By purchasing pre-order products you agree to wait a indefinite period of time with no refunds provided if the release is delayed.
