Your license permits both personal and commercial use, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions.

• Checkout Information: Ensure accurate information is provided during checkout to validate your license.
• Gifting Products: If gifting a product from Pixel Haven's store, both the gifter and receiver must be noted on the receipt.
• Commercial Reselling: Reselling is limited to complete 3D character models only.
• Age Restriction: Products are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 years or older. All Pixel Haven products are labeled AO (Adult Only).
• Refund Policy: No refunds are permitted as these are digital downloadable products.
• Credit Attribution: Credit content from Pixel Haven's store with a store link and Pixel Haven's Discord tag: pixelhaven. A hyperlink to the product being used is appreciated but a store link is acceptable.
• Any product off of Pixel Haven's store is intended for VRCHAT ONLY. You are not allowed to use these products for other game platforms or for vtubing.

Additional Terms Of Use / Terms Of Service

All Clothing + Accessories Assets -- Free / Nitro / Public Use

• Pixel Haven's asset products may be used for public world avatars.
• These assets may NOT be used for free or Nitro avatars.
• NSFW Usage : You cannot make any avatar for free that is NSFW while using Pixel Haven's work.

BODY / HEAD BASE ASSETS -- Nitro / Free / Public Use

• Body bases by Pixel Haven can be used for public, nitro, or free use, provided NSFW parts are removed and some of the base mesh is cut.
• Head assets by Pixel Haven can not be used for public, nitro, or free use.
• NSFW Usage : You cannot make any avatar for free that is NSFW while using Pixel Haven's work.

BODY / HEAD BASE ASSETS -- Resell Rules

• You are NOT permitted to sell edits of any Pixel Haven's body or head bases on any store website or social media platform.
• You ARE allowed to take commissions for body/head edits, but you must verify the receipt with Pixel Haven (Pixen) before making the sale. Failure to verify will result in your license termination and potential DMCA notices.

Prohibited Actions for Pixel Haven's Work

Any of these actions will result in license termination, as outlined in the section "Failure to Adhere to Terms and Conditions and DMCA Notice."

• Republishing material from Pixel Haven's Payhip store onto other websites or social media platforms.
• Reproducing, duplicating, or copying material from Pixel Haven's Payhip store.
• Redistributing content from Pixel Haven's Payhip store.
• Claiming content from Pixel Haven's Payhip store as your own.
• Price splitting or license sharing contents from Pixel Haven's Payhip store.
• Making any avatar product public use (in vrchat) from Pixel Haven's Payhip store.

Pixel Haven strictly enforces adherence to these terms and conditions outlined herein. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in necessary actions, including, but not limited to, suspension of access, termination of accounts, and pursuit of legal remedies.

Furthermore, Pixel Haven adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any infringement of intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted materials found on https://payhip.com/pixelhavenvrc, will result in the issuance of a DMCA notice. This notice will require the immediate removal of the infringing content or material.

Repeated violations may lead to legal action and the pursuit of damages as allowed by law.

As Pixel Haven deals primarily in digital goods and services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are irrevocable upon download or access, refunds will not be provided.
