What should I bring to the class?

Each class lasts for 50 minutes, providing a balance of yoga practice, bonding time, and relaxation.
Can I participate if Iβm pregnant or have recently given birth?
Yes! Our classes are designed to be gentle and accommodating for pregnant moms and those who have recently given birth. Please consult your doctor before participating and inform our instructor of your condition.
What if my tot gets fussy during class?
