What does this involve?
Phase 1: Phase one “Operation Shell Shock” involves the initiation of week 1. Breaking into 2 separate customised back routines that you can utilise at your local gym to take your back to that next level. Phase 1 is consistent with 2 customised training plans developed around the Sarcoplasma Stimulation Training Method (SST).
Phase 2: Phase 2 “Operation Juggernaut” is set to shock and activate deep fibre tissues and allow for optimal muscle growth and response! Yet again Phase 2 is situated over 2 customised strength sessions in week 2.
Phase 3: Phase 3 “Operation Clarity” is set to target overall muscle growth and development! Emphasise on mind to muscle connection. This phase is the second last phase of the program and the point in which some noticeable results will start to take place.
Phase 4: Phase 4 “Operation Nuke Town” -BOOM- This is the highest intensity week of the program with 2 customised high intensity back programs that are designed to push you to your limits. This phase is designed around High Volume German Training (GVT).
Phase 5: Phase 5 “Operation Doomsday” Don’t be misled by the name of the operation this is the final stage of the program. It is based around a debriefing of the program and a chance to look back and see how far you have come! This section is also a chance for you to provide feedback on what you have and haven’t liked about the program!
