There are not many courses out there that address the knee taking into account the entire system where the knee lives.


If you have knee issues, you have probably realised that your ankle and/or your hip might play a big part on that issue.


If the ankle or the hip are not functioning optimally, the one that pays the price is very often the knee.


Improving the relationships between them will give the knee a chance to relearn how to optimally function again and heal from any injury or structural issue.


In this program you will find 6 classes of approx 1 hour each, consisting of a short introduction with clear explanations and visuals followed by an experiential guided somatic exercise class with demonstration of the exercises by the teacher at the end of each class.
