As a result of her score, she was disqualified from consideration for the sales position. Based on this scenario, debate whether you believe that this testing policy is a violation of Title VII. In this specific situation there is definite possibility that we have a violation of Title VII but we need more information in order to figure out if there is one.   Under Title VII it is illegal to discriminate in any aspect of employment, including testing ("Federal Laws Prohibiting Job Discrimination Questions and Answers", 2009).  There are a few things that would have to go into this scenario to make the testing acceptable and nondiscriminatory.
