As with any good real estate investment, it is all about location. Let me help you save time and money while landing the best location. I have spent plenty of money and time in the wrong places. My goal is to save you some of the pain that I went through getting started. Yes, I have paid for list of warm leads, I have sent extensive packages with my business info to large scale organizations in an effort to help myself but at the end of the day it all boiled down to hitting the pavement and finding prime locations. It has become easier for me to find high traffic locations. With the gift of gab and knack for negotiating, I can help you find, measure spaces and negotiate a contract of your liking depending on which package you choose.

- Once you fill out initial interest form below, we will respond with recommendedations and you will be able to see package choices and select the best package for your needs.
- You pay the deposit. (This starts the process)
- When location is found, you pay the balance to receive the final location and services you selected. (If you are responding to an ad for a location we follow the same process as above to secure our services.)
Frequently Asked Questions
If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Deposits are non-refundable. We strive to make sure all clients are satisfied before making a purchase. We cannot determine if you have placed your machines at the location lead or not. Therefore, all purchases are non-refundable, but we genuinely want our clients to be happy. If you find that the first location is not suitable, please reach out to us to discuss a discounted rate for a second location lead.
How will the collaboration & communication work?
Once you have paid the deposit you can log into your account and leave messages there. You can also email, text or call me. A resonable response time is 24-48 hours.
Is it possible to buy locator service more than once?
For sure! You simply need to purchase service package again to get me started looking for a second location. Repeat clients will receive 20-30% off their total package fee. Please note: Full deposit is still required.
