If I’m not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?
I want every coaching experience to be valuable. Because each session requires advance scheduling with a standardized actor, refunds aren’t available once a session has been booked. If you haven’t scheduled yet, you can request a full refund (minus payment processing fees) within 7 days of purchase. You’re always welcome to reschedule at no cost with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of your session incur a 50% fee to cover actor time, and no-shows are non-refundable.
How does appointment scheduling work?
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours with a link to a coaching scheduling page. From there, you’ll schedule your first session. If you’ve purchased a 4-session package, you’ll receive a new link to book your next session after each one is completed.
Can I purchase additional coaching later?
Absolutely! You can come back at any time to book more sessions or purchase another package. Many leaders choose ongoing coaching to strengthen communication, deepen engagement, and continue developing their MI-based leadership style.
