What is romance? – Romance is the actions and feelings of two people who are in love. Men tend to define romance sexually. Women define romance as words and behaviors that represent that they are loved, cherished, valued, respected, and desired. A woman may feel butterflies in her stomach when she is around her romantic partner. When a woman asks you to be more romantic, she is not asking you to spend more money. She can take care of herself but would like for her man to help with certain things. Like helping pay a bill or two. Take out the garbage, bring in the groceries. Pull the tools out as needed. A woman wants her partner to miss her, give her attention, be understanding. Take her on regular dates. Spend time by yourself with her. Go to where you had your first date. Focus on communication, laugh together, listen to her. Make her feel like she is the only woman in the world with your touch, words, and kisses. Take your time and feel her with your love. Most men idea of romance revolves around little effort. A random text I love you, a sudden lunch date, a surprise date, a call to ask how they are doing, a wake-up kiss, and more. All these things mean a lot to men. Too a woman it does not have to be major. It is the thought that really counts for her.
