By purchasing an ISGD Hobby Collection, you agree that the lessons, videos, notes and other materials are for your personal educational use only and may not be shared, copied, altered, redistributed, resold or publicly displayed. Hobby Collections are digital products and are non-refundable once access to the content has commenced. Access is personal and non-transferable. Irene School of Garden Design reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of misuse, unauthorized sharing or suspicious activity. ISGD is an independent provider of educational materials and is not a formally accredited higher-education institution. Our Hobby Collections are intended for personal learning, hobby development and the development of garden-design knowledge and skills. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims arising from use of our products or for access issues beyond our control, including those related to Payhip streaming services. Payhip is simply a provider of the LMS service, and we reserve the right to change providers if needed, in which case your materials may be available to you from another platform or hard copy. Our commitment to your access is limited to 12 months, however, your access will continue after. Language options: We’re pleased to offer subtitle support in a range of languages to help more learners access the school’s content. Please note that, at this stage, the exercises, design projects, and downloadable materials are available in English only. While we make every effort to provide accurate and helpful subtitles, translations may not always capture every nuance and occasional variations or errors may occur. Available subtitle languages include Afrikaans, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili, Tswana, Xhosa, and isiZulu.
