DSB Creative Design - Digital Art Collection License Agreement

1. Grant of License: 

Upon purchasing a product from DSB Creative Design's digital art collection, the purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital art for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Ownership & Copyright: 

All rights, titles, interests, copyrights, and intellectual properties associated with the digital art remain with DSB Creative Design. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

3. Permitted Uses: 

- Personal Use: The purchaser may use the digital art for personal projects and designs.

- Commercial Use: The purchaser may use the digital art in commercial projects, such as creating products for sale, provided that the digital art is not the primary value of the product and cannot be extracted or used separately from the final product.

4. Restrictions: 

- Non-transferable: The license is for the purchaser only. The purchaser may not transfer, share, give, or sell the digital art.

- No Free Distribution: The digital art, in its original or altered form, may not be copied, given away, or distributed for free. It may not be included in bundles for sale or for free.

- No Claim of Ownership: The purchaser must not claim ownership or copyright of the digital art in any capacity.

5. Acknowledgement: 

By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of use and conditions set forth in this license. Violation of this license may lead to legal action.

6. Termination: 

DSB Creative Design reserves the right to terminate this license at any time should the purchaser breach any part of this agreement.
