Heal with me! A basic healing resource guide based on my personal healing journey & healing from lymphedema. Sections include physical, food, spiritual/mental/emotional, water, reminders, FAQ, and routine suggestions based on your schedule. This is NOT a step-by-step healing protocol but rather a list of information, resources and topics to research so that you can take the necessary steps on your own healing journey. Only you know what steps to take on your journey :)
