After purchase please provide the follow:

-Your full Instagram link for your personalized QR Code

-Your contact information that you would like to placed on back of the card

-Any specific colors

-Your other information to be placed on bottom of the card on the back side of the QR code.

(for example like a punch card loyalty line, or new client 10% off code)
