CREDIT

• If using ANY of my assets or models in ANY way, I MUST be credited in one of the three ways listed (see what's Allowed and Crediting Guidelines below)

IDENTIFICATION

• Failure to provide your Discord ID & VRChat name will result in a ban.

COMMISSIONS

• Both parties involved in a commission agreement must own the product before the commission begins.

KNOWLEDGE OF USAGE

• You must have Blender/Unity knowledge to use my assets/models.
• I am not obligated to assist you once the product has been altered/edited. 
• I cannot assist or teach you. ( Including but not limited to: how to use an asset, how to upload a model, how to edit and asset or model, etc. )

You may use my assets on:

• Free completed models
• Public completed models
• Nitro boost completed models
• Commercial completed models 

VTubing / Streaming / Social Media

• My assets and models may be used, but there must be proper credit given ( regardless of edits )

Edit / Modify / Customize my assets or models

• I must still be credited, regardless of how heavy the edit is.
• Assets may not be sold alone - they MUST be part of a complete model.

Make / Sell Textures

• Distribution or sale of textures for my assets is allowed as long as there are no files from my original product included.
• You MUST still credit me following my credit guidelines.

NO Redistributing/Leaking/Trading

• Sharing any product files with ANY third parties without explicit permission.

NO Reselling

• Any purchased asset must be included as part of a complete model.

NO Claiming Ownership

• I MUST be credited for any of my work included on a complete model (even if the complete model is for public or free distribution).

NO Asset Farming

• The removal and subsequent distribution, resale, or reuse of component(s) from any of my assets or models is not allowed.

NO Price Splitting

• Sharing or splitting the cost of any of my products with ANY others is strictly prohibited.

NO Porting

• My assets and models are currently only made for use on VRChat.

NO Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital goods, each sale is final. Chargebacks are not allowed and result in immediate revocation of usage rights.

I must be credited for my work! Even if it has been heavily edited.

You must include one of the following in your credits -

• "xiggli" (as the creator)
• My shop link ( https://payhip.com/xiggli or https://xiggli.gumroad.com/)
• A direct link to the product page (if applicable)

• My Terms of Service apply to Nitro Assets
• You must credit me when using any assets obtained through boosting my Discord Server
• You must link my Discord Server when crediting me.

As long as you are boosting my Discord server, you may use my Nitro Assets on

• Commercial Complete Models
• Nitro Complete Models
• Public Complete Models
• Free Complete Models

Customers of any of the above may NOT use any of my assets unless they themselves boost my server, or purchase the asset directly from me.

• You may not share, resell or redistribute any of my assets in ANY way
• If you are banned from my server, or breach my Terms of Service, all usage rights are immediately revoked - regardless of payment or boost.
