A few years ago, I was sat right where a lot of people are right now. Fed up with my job, unhappy with my body because I piled on over 3 stone, inactive, and without any 'hobbies' or interests. Unfulfilled.
I'd spent so much time looking over Pinterest and Instagram, wishing I was as productive as these people were; with work, my diet, exercise...THE LOT! I wasted far too much time caught up the lazy trap! Far longer than I needed to anyway. It took me well over 9-months to pull my finger out of my ass and get things moving again.
When I did get moving again, I smashed it:
- I lost over 40-pounds in weight - I developed a good relationship with exercise and actually enjoyed it! So much so, in fact, that... - I left my office job and retrained as a Fitness Instructor - And I just generally felt I had developed a good overall balance in my life
