Winter Wonderland - Overlay Mosaic Crochet
“Winter Wonderland” is my first Winter series blanket and a very dear one.
It was designed thinking of those people new to mosaic crochet as well as those who are regular mosaic crochet makers. This means everybody can join despite their crochet skills. It is a very relaxing design, great to give you company during the Winter cold nights.
This cosy blanket is created using the overlay mosaic crochet technique, and it is nice to snuggle under or great to gift to someone special. You can play with the patterns or repeats and create other house decor itens, if you prefer.
Wintry Forest has 14 different patterns.

Hobbii Winter Glow (51% Wool, 49% Acrylic); 1 ball – 200 g (700 m) / 7.1 oz (766 yds) - Yarn weight #3 (Light/Dk)

We Love Yarn Mega Ball 400 g (100% Acrylic) 1 ball – 400 g (1200 m) / 14.11 oz (1312 yards) - Yarn weight #3 (Light/Dk)

Note: Hobbii Winter Glow has a loosely spun structure with a slight variation in thickness
Finishing Size
Final size of the blanket is 102 cm x 140 cm (40.2” x 55”), approximately.
You can customize the size of your blanket by adding or decreasing repeats of the pattern, but keep in mind that this will affect the amount of yarn required.
